Elavarasan Residence

Project Summary:
This G+4 multi-generational residence was designed as a vertical sanctuary, balancing privacy, functionality, and soulful connections across each level. The ground and first floors cater to the client’s parents and sister’s family, with compact yet spacious bedrooms, functional cores, and thoughtful planning. The duplex above, for the primary family, is anchored by a serene double-height courtyard with skylight, Buddha, and pebble bed—offering stillness within a dynamic home. A sit-out with planters on the third floor, a skylit staircase running from ground to terrace, and front-facing balconies ensure light, connection, and rhythm flow through every level. The scope included scheme planning, Beam Layout, joinery details, electrical and plumbing layout, detailed tender documentation, and a cohesive elevational strategy.
